Did my first pizza this weekend. Used ckreef’s tutorial and King Arthur recipe.
Came out well and the family loved it.
My only thought was that crust was a little tough. I may have over worked it

I used the drip pan as a deflector. Cooked at 225. Dead even temperature and didn’t touch it. I will say the KK holds temp soooo much better then my BGEs. Ribs were ok - too lean of a rib for my taste but family liked them Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
