How often do you find that the burner needs to be replaced? In the event a burner does need to be replaced, is the burner included in a standard size or would it need to be ordered from the company? Thanks.

Does anyone have experience with either type of wood? I am fortunate to have a wood dealer here in the NYC area that is including a sample with my delivery of Wicked Good Charcoal but I have no experience cooking with either. if you have any suggestions, I'm all ears.

I have to thank Fetzervalve. I was literally an hour away from ordering a Kamado when he emailed me and directed me here. I was already wary because I had read some bad reviews online and that was just what I needed. He really should get a commission because without him I'd be replacing tile in six months on an inferior product.
