Wow! Tandoori chicken is a favourite and would be a great treat. Look forward to being able to tackle it one day Tnx for the hint about the dome getting very hot at a high temp.

A little notice regarding delivery would be nice so I can find some help in rating it but Whenever it arrived is OK with me. I'll post here when I get it!

New and at kindergarten level when it comes to grilling. This is a totally new experience that I'm looking forward to exploring as I love good food and love to entertain good friends and family. Not a big fan of pork butt though I'm sure it's great ! I first have to tacked the unpacking and understand how the grill functions and know this forum will be very helpful in those areas.

Tnx for the welcome., and the reminder to take photos. I ordered a 23. what are you getting? Did you get a call letting you know you papers were in Montreal..... Or how do you know that? I see you are a senior member? So far I have been very impressed with the entire process. Dennis has been great.... This forum is helpful and I'm sure the grill will be amazing!

I am on Vancouver Island and I assume my grill is on the same ship that is docked in Vancouver. So excited to finally receive it though a little intimidated about the setting up and learning how to use it. I talked my husband into letting me get the grill and want it to be a fun experience for us rather than a frustrating one. I will need all the help I can get so stay tuned for lots of questions!

Hello All I should be getting my KK grill sometime in the next few weeks and I am so excited! After a great amount of relentless nagging, I finally convinced my reluctant husband, let me order the KK grill rather than go with what he wanted which was an adequate, simple to use, and sensibly priced gases bar-be -que. I won the battle I won the battle but would prefer to grill as a happily married couple enjoying chewing on our wonderful ribs together rather than a miserable single over the hill woman who has to explain to her divorce lawyer how our 37 year marriage ended over new grill. So when I post. A question please answer and any hints for a good start on our 23' KK will be much appreciated! Oh yea, any one living on Vancouver Island in case I need a helping hand with the grill or a new husband? Elaine
