  1. Welcome Tom

First off welcome to the greatest cooker and forum there is. I am from the eastern shore but one of my calls happens to be Pax River! As far as the long "thing "goes that is part of what Dennis supplies in case you want ot order a rotisserie. The studs screw on to the roti and then they go in the holes on you KK. Some of us use a Guru or Stoker to automate the cooking but boy you sure don't need it. My first purchase was a wireless Maverick so I could monitor the temp of the KK and the meat from the warmth of my bed!

  2. Sams Club On-line

Sams club on-line has different sets in stock. Just ordered mine (5piece) at $19.84 and the kids the complete set at I think $59.00 I could be off on the prices but the deal was good and they are already shipping.

  3. WOW!

Linda your area is beautiful! Need more pictures of your back yard set up. Who built your fountain? Any idea on the GPH it takes to send that water out like that? K am putting in a koi pond now so I am always looking for ideas.

  4. Its on its way from LA!

Hopefully I can arrange delivery Friday, so I can spend the weekend rubbing in the grout sealant (it rains a LOT here in the Winter), and smoking a turkey. I'll be sure to take pics :P

What kind of rolling papers do you use? I've tried smoking salmon, but the papers get all messed up when I tried to roll it.

Tee Hee thats funny ....remember the flavored ones or the EZ Widers!
