I have the basket splitter, pizza stone, gas assist, cover, Rotisserie with basket, reducer, forks and 50 lb motor. I think I have about $7500 Invested including shipping. Test run. Every other time I do more than 2 of these things a few come out better thsn than medium in doneness. Similar thickness and size. Final result: With the Big Bad all steaks were within 1-2 degrees the entire cook. Sorry there are no finished product pictures. I always forget about that part when hungry!
