The gaskets can get compressed during transit, especially if Customs pulls out the black foam rubber we put inside the handle. I'll walk you thru the adjustment. But there can be leaks on some of the earlier cookers but we have a couple of ways to eliminate them.. All of the new cookers are smoke tested and adjusted in the factory before shipping..
