tkline01
Well I have been using the Stoker for several cooks now and I really like it! I started using a software product that was written by a programmer to control and log the Stoker. Here is a screen shot: You can get his software here: http://la.gg/upl/Stokerlog_V4.1.msi You can read about the software on this forum link: http://tvwbb.infopop.cc/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/9270072103/m/4330046694
ThreeDJ16
Oh, now that is cool. So you can use different software than what came with the Stoker? I love the idea of consumer products that are hackable or open source. -=Jasen=-
linuxwrangler
Last year I met with the guy who built/sells the Stoker. He came by to look at the Kamado as he was working on different attachment methods. So far, manual has worked great for me but if I were to automate things, I definitely go for the Stoker. The interface is pretty open so you can roll-your-own to your heart's content or just use the built-in web-based software.

It is completely "geek" But I love it My wife thinks I'm nuts...watching the Dallas Cowboy game with my laptop in my lap controlling the KK.
