Stuffed into the hole where cabbage core was, then barbecue sauce poured on top of that, about a 1/3rd of a cup. Lump charcoal and hickory chunks medium heat for about 1 1/2 hrs. Turned out darn good. I put a can of beer along with some onion and garlic powder in the drip pan. Next time I will not do that. Nice and moist without.
