LarryR Posted June 15, 2009 Report Posted June 15, 2009 Last nights cook was soooooo good. Flank steak with homemade chimichurri sauce. Perfectly done for for our tastes, tender and full of flavor, don't know why I don't do this more often. Sorry about the poor lighting.
