Flank Steak Chimichuri

Last nights cook was soooooo good. Flank steak with homemade chimichurri sauce. Perfectly done for for our tastes, tender and full of flavor, don't know why I don't do this more often. Sorry about the poor lighting.

Lighting is fine, and I always say, a well done steak is always rare!

That looks much better than the last flank steak I did. I think I am going to have to start cooking mine seperate from the rest of the family's.
