HogBoss1 Posted September 14, 2010 Report Posted September 14, 2010 Has anyone used the rotisserie for cooking ducks? Be so kind as to post the complete details of how to set up the KK as far as indirect, pans, water etc. thanks
mguerra Posted September 14, 2010 Report Posted September 14, 2010 try this Last night I cooked a chicken on roti, it was fabulous! Direct cook on Royal Oak with a bit of pecan for smoke, about 350 for two hours. We put garlic, salt, and pepper under the skin. As good as any chicken I have ever eaten. I'm guessing any roti chicken technique you find on these forums might work for a duck, try it.
