snapper
I am interested in buying a Kk. I noticed on another forum that other brand of this type cooker apparently have trouble with the tiles coming off. So, have any of you had problems with KK tiles coming off? If so, have you found a solution?
Curly
Welcome Snapper. There have been no tile troubles as of yet. Maybe Dennis should jump in and try to explain why he thinks the other company has had the tile troubles and then explain why he thinks he has the solution for the tile troubles. In fact, this may be one of those things Dennis needs to sticky somewhere so we can point potential customers to the answer. It may come up often

Rojack
I seem to recall that Dennis had said for someone in a situation with snow and very cold he would recommend the textured cooker so no matter how good the tiles are put on I think the weather can have an effect on them to some degree eventually. So under those conditions if you buy tile it could require manintnence of some kind at some time during ownership. Or maybe just preventive measures. Just something to be aware of.
