Camel City
I bought these ribs at Sams Club. They have a different way of cutting them (cross cut) but they came out very tasty. My first Beef Ribs, I will say they taste like steak, Full of Beefy Flavor... Salt & Pepper rub let set for 30 minutes, then onto the KK at 275 deg. Apox 1 hour to completion. I Enjoy my KK everyday whether I am cooking on it or admiring it through the window. EGGARY
Re: Beef Ribs Those are Short Ribs. You see those like that in Korean Stores/Restaurants. They are really good. I marinate them in Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce and some Garlic. Glad you enjoyed.
