Where to see on in Los Angeles area

Hi All -

I'm looking to get the finest grill in the world upon completion of our remodel, and was wondering if there is anyone in the Los Angeles area that wouldn't mind me taking a quick peek at it? I'm all over for work, so anywhere between Santa Barbara and Palm Springs is within range. Thanks in advance, and thanks for all of the great info on the board!
