Dennis.....anytime! There isn't a day that goes by that I don't tell someone about my KK. As a matter of fact I have a whole bunch of jalapenos on it right now with apple chunks for smoke, rock steady at 185 degrees. They make a great chipotle. I grind them up after they are smoked and dried. Add about a half tablespoon to some ranch dressing and you have the best chipotle ranch you've ever tasted.
