Fetzervalve Posted October 8, 2006 Report Posted October 8, 2006 Can someone measure their diameter of the TelTru thermometer probe? I wanted to use my Genesis therm until the TruTel arrives, but it won't go all the way through. My Weber probe is a smidge over 1/8". I suspect I will need to clean up the hole on the underside of the dome for the TelTru, and if so, I will do it now and use what I have until then. Thanks!!
Fetzervalve Posted October 10, 2006 Author Report Posted October 10, 2006 Guys, guys, try to post one at a time - wouldn't want to crash the server!!
Curly Posted October 10, 2006 Report Posted October 10, 2006 I'm humming the Jepardy song now do-do-do-do-do-do-do do-do-do-do do-do-do-do-do-do do-do-do-do-do-do-do do do do do-do-do-do
gerard Posted October 10, 2006 Report Posted October 10, 2006 Assuming it's an LT225R, TelTru lists its stem diameter as .150". At least, that's what I think this website is saying (don't want you making too large a hole based on my reading of the stats): http://www.teltru.com/cart/detail.asp?subcat=16&product_id=23100565
ThreeDJ16 Posted October 10, 2006 Report Posted October 10, 2006 Don't have one to measure for you! I would if I could! -=Jasen=-

I guess I missed that on the site. That must be the same as the Weber, 1/8" = .125 + a smidge = .150
