Steve M Posted October 8, 2016 Report Posted October 8, 2016 This is on a light tower about 30 miles off the southeast coast of North Carolina. These used to be run by the Coast Guard just like lighthouses and now a lot of them are in private hands. There are people on the light tower riding out the hurricane and they have a webcam.
