Okay, being the novice I am, how do you lay out this charcoal in the KKooker?

Madison, Wisconsin. Looking to share a pallet

I spatchcocked a chicken last night in the snow and 18 degrees. This is my first winter using the KK, and it hasn't skipped a beat. I've cooked in below zero weather, no problems. (BTW, Madison set it's all time snow record for the season this year! )

Hey Whizzy, do you like shakers or grinders better? TKline, I got four tickets to the Packers - Cowboys game from the Mayor's office at face value! I don't know how much pull he has, but I'm hoping they are good seats. You'll have to let me know where you will be in the parking lot so we can meet up!

And what's wrong with Shakers Curly? It's the shake that really turns me on!

I have a farmer friend who raises organic free range animals. He also has his own store where he sells his products. Anyway, I had him make me an eleven pound pork butt with a 1/2" fat cap. This baby has never been frozen and is fresh off the hoof. I plan to put him on the KK tonight. My question is, do I put the fat cap up or down on the grill? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey PC, I didn't believe you about the court case so I Googled it. Sure enough, there was the court transcript! It seems IHOP's position on his termination was that they felt by keeping him on the payroll, the competition had a "leg up" on them. Trish, that's an interesting concept. I heard the psycho is considering a sex change operation, and wants to change his name to Eileen.

I read in the Enquirer the owner of the leg was recently fired from IHOP. Now he's working at a local brewery. He makes the hops!
