  1. the cool thing is that they are always evolving in design.  But in all honesty they are all built so well that it really is non issue.

I have been around this forum for a while and see more preserved KKs than I see ones with problems.  The only thing that has drastically changed in design over the years that can't be changed is the grout.  Everything else can be upgraded without issue.  Dennis takes care of his customers better than anyone that I know, and if he figures out a better way, he will make sure that it can be incorporated in earlier designs.

It is true that once you get one, you will say that you should have gotten one sooner

  2. Is yours already on the water? I was given a packing slip and was able to check.   It takes about 2 weeks from leaving port of Hong Kong to Canada and USA.

You really need the ship and the schedule number to know exactly.  It's exciting to watch but also torture too lol

  3. I would consider myself a fairly decent cook.  When I upgraded from a kettle to the KJ I was blown away.

When I upgraded from the KJ to the KK there was a noticeable difference in my cooking. Nothing changed, the cooker just made better meals.

i am really impressed with the KK. Best investment to date

You will absolutely love it and we will teach you everything about KK brisket. Hope to see you stick around.
