Inacoma, Sounds like what I was thinking. I've never seen it work but bgt many things that had a bag of perfectly fitting foam in it and assumed they did something like what you said.

TC, I'm in Union SC. 3 1/2 hrs from Atl. I moved here from there about 18 mths ago. A little to far to come for that but if I'm in the area I'll let you know. thanks

Great Stuff Rojack, Sounds like Great Stuff. I've used it many times to plug holes and cracks in and around my log cabin. I know you are not talking about the little cans I buy but an industrial application of something similar. Sounds like a fantastic idea for packing these beauties.

What we (you guys with the KK's) need is plenty of pictures of the beast with food in it's belly. Or at least, pics of the food that came out of the beast. That's the kinda thing that had me buy my first ceramic cooker. As I salivated at the pics, I picked up the phone and ordered. So, if you really want to pay Dennis back, post your cooking pics so the trollers or those that are holding off will see them and buy his product. Dennis has to sell these things to stay in business and we do want him to stay in business right.

Hey Dennis, I saw one of your first KK's on ebay a few years back (can't remember exactly) and emailed you. My advice (of course you already knew it) was to get a forum going as soon as possible and keep a KK on ebay all the time for the exposure. I fell for ceramic cooking and bought a Mexi-K (then it was an Indo-K) 5 or 6 years back. I love the grill but it looks like you have a great product and even better, you understand customer service. Now, that's a winning combo. The other K did it's job, in my opinion, but you have definately improved on it. Love the pics, can't wait to see one in person. If anyone has one near the Union SC area yell at me so I can take a look. Later, Curly
