Aussie Ora Posted April 4, 2020 Report Share Posted April 4, 2020 Got hold of a nice sized collar but .and injected it with a mixture of pinneapple juice ,apple sauce,brown sugar ,honey ,Dijon mustard and a dash of bourbon. then gave it some pecan.. You can still add sauce after shredding .this way you get the best of both worlds You had me up to the sauce. I don't think that I've ever sauced a butt on the grill.
