Lol. looking for a Tri tip he had none this will do .Was not keen on fat so gave it a nice trim ..then some off ckreefs favourite rub ..Looking good..time for a reverse sear. .after a rest..and carved yum..plated with a simple roasted maple syrup hazelnut mushroom and Vegetable side.
