Hephaestus Posted March 16, 2022 Report Posted March 16, 2022 On a pas de problèmes avec la temperature ici en Floride! We bought ours in 2011 or 12 I have been a happy man since.
Bruine Posted March 16, 2022 Report Posted March 16, 2022 Snow is not a big issue, but you need a bit more motivation to go outside cook a hamburger. But blowing wind and hell freezing cold can complicate things a bit.I favor shorter cooks in the winter. Did beautiful grilled chicken breasts this week-end (no pics, so act of faith).Keeping the brisket and pork butt for summer.Envoyé de mon iPad en utilisant Tapatalk
Franck Posted March 16, 2022 Report Posted March 16, 2022 On a side note, if there are more members living in Quebec on the forum, I am curious if there is any interest in getting a pallet of coco-char to split... Not sure how many there are on a pallet but I am quite curious to test it.
Bruine Posted March 16, 2022 Report Posted March 16, 2022 Would consider sharing, but previous inquiries about importing fuel was unsuccessful. Lot of trouble for the money in Quebec. I settled on the Napoleon equivalent of coco char which work well enoughEnvoyé de mon iPad en utilisant Tapatalk
Poochie Posted March 16, 2022 Report Posted March 16, 2022 OK, where is the translate button? Welcome Will. You'll love your new Komodo Kamado. If fact, you'll love it so much you'll be accused of neglect on those Kamado Joe's. Your cassoulets look delicious!
