Fetzervalve
I've seen the discussion before ....somewhere, but can't find it now. How much meat (pulled pork in this case) do you prepare per guest to insure you have enough?
ThreeDJ16
Can you really have too much butt?? Ok, don't answer that. If you have plenty of sides and people are not seriously hogging out, you can probably get away with 1/4lb cooked per person or go with 1/3 to be safe. Since that is cooked, you will probably have to double that for the raw weight. -=Jasen=-
Farmer John
And you can always freeze what is left over Don't take a chance on shorting a good cook. Smoked pork is good in chili, tacos, bbq beans .... and the list goes on.

Fetzervalve
I don't disagree with the left overs, but in this case it's for a relative who is having guests. They are supplying the goods and I'm doing the Q'in. Just want to make sure it's at least enough..... Thanks!!

Get 20 lbs of butt if you want 1/2 lb per person. 20 lbs cooked is about 10 lbs, which is 1/2 lb per person. Ta-da
