U2PLT Posted September 7, 2007 Report Posted September 7, 2007 I planned to cook these wings one night but didn't get to them till the next night....so they sat in the fridge for almost 36 hours with Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom on them. WOW!! Skin was crisp, tasted great!!! Cooked at 375, indirect, never turned them....just let them cook. You couldn't tell which wings had been on the top rack vs the bottom...VERY even cooking.

They work fantastic and cook the wings very even with no turning, no fuzz and no burnt tips (direct or indirect)! U2PLT Posted September 8, 2007 Author Report Posted September 8, 2007 Wings I did not turn my wings once and both sides came out the same. I also had some on the upper grill and they came out the same. I have some of those wind holders.
