My best so far is pizza-stone on lower grill as a deflector and slide the pizza straight on the grill. Crisps up the crust perfectly and cooking over oak charcoal gives just the right flavor to the stuffed-chicken special. Forgot to put in the deflector last time and burned the crust. At least we were able to eat the middle so we didn't go hungry.
