I thought I would get this thread started. I have a turkey brining in Jiarby's Orange Ginger Brine to cook tomorrow. The aroma of the brine is incredible Glenn.

I just finished making the chicken tikka masala. It'll be fine sitting for a day in the refrigerator, and it'll save time tomorrow, not having to make it. Smells wonderful, and those who sneaked bites of chicken say it tastes good, too.

I'm dry curing a standing rib roast in the refrigerator. So far there hasn't been nearly as much drainage into the paper towels as in Dennis ribeye example, but of course this is an intact muscle. First try at this, so I'm keeping multiple digits crossed!

!!! I don't remember Glenn having an aroma, but girl pheromones do it for me, I don't really notice guys!

Food porn does strange things to people.

I actually partially remember an article once that addressed how food aromas affected the genders differently. Unfortunately I don't remember enough of the article to repeat it with any clarity or accuracy.
