Sanny
Mother's coming over on Sunday or Monday. Steaks and potatoes. Asparagus and lettuce from the garden. Mmm. Probably local strawberries for dessert.

Sanny
Here's a start. I just made the teriyaki sauce, and rolled the asparagus in bacon. I'll do those on the grill and baste them. Phone pic - someone's mother took the camera again. Baked tatoes, corn on the cob, and steak all going on the grill. To be served with salad and fresh strawberries. If the camera comes back, it won't be imaginary.
Sanny
Ok, camera reappeared. Teriyaki bacon asparagus rolls (oh wow, they were good) And a delicious supper was had by all.

Sanny
That's what I'm talkin about.... Looks scrumptious It was very good, Duk! I forgot to put the corn on the grill. No one noticed we didn't have any. We decided against salad - too healthy. Fresh fruit for dessert. M said to tell you that she, my harshest critic (yahright), said it was exquisite! I sent her home with a Mommy bag for tomorrow's supper.
Conodo12
If I remember correctly, it was dear old Dad that was knockin' on your last dish... a bit too smokey?? Looks like you won them all over with this spread Sanny! Very Nice!!!
jdbower
Sadly nothing on the grill today, I'm using the wok to stir-fry some kielbasa, potatoes and onions over egg noodles with a side of steamed corn. I love this wok, instantly hot but still very controllable heat - I've got a low simmer going now.
Baby Huey
That looks like a great spread Sanny! I cooked up a prime NY strip steak and a wagu NY strip steak. I'll be sure to post pics once I find my elusive camera usb cable.

She made lots of happy noises, and went home with a mommy bag for her supper tonight.
Firemonkey
That was a good looking meal, Sanny. I imagined some tenderloin steaks with baked potatoes and grilled corn on the cob. Ironic that it was imaginary as I had a pro photographer visiting

So long as your guest imagined the same meal that you did, you're probably ok.
