Well, my pics were WAY overdue. More to come I'm sure. Been distracted by the economy the last few years. Spam on the KK doesn't look so good.

Dennis deserves to have them on the site. Anything that helps KK sales is good. It's not about me at all.

Someone asked about cleaning the planks. Maybe you could just flip them over and cook on the side that was exposed to the fire, that side should be plenty sterile! I am only speculating as I have not cooked on them, those who have could comment on whether the "fire side" is OK to put food on regarding the flavor that might result.

I have done it both ways, flip & burn and wash & sand.

either way works for me, i don't find any material difference.
