G'day Australia /Townsville Queensland

Hi I'm new to this all, and also am from Australia /Townsville Queensland where we can BBQ all year round. Have ordered and waiting delivery and also will be searching for ideas and info in forums.Also wish to know of more Aussies especially any up north, have been making charcoal in preperation and gathering interest from friends so now have to turn it on for all on arrival.

Welcome, Rambo! Lovely to see you! Is it true what PaulR says, that you all walk upside down? Do you BBQ upside down, too? It's very confusing.

Rambo ignore then all. I have a KK in Melbourne and the food stayed on just fine!
