Paswesley
Re: New Grill - Concord, CA Welcome to the KK family. Which one did you "adopt?" I have been thinking about trying to convince Uncle Sam to permit me to claim my Mable as a dependent on my tax returns!
db5000
Re: New Grill - Concord, CA Olive and Gold Pebble with a small side table. I will just need to redo the rest of my patio so it can match the grill...
Paswesley
Re: New Grill - Concord, CA Olive and Gold Pebble with a small side table. Great choice. You will love it, and using it. Once you learn the basics of draft control and heat soaking (which takes 3 to 5 cooks), you will be cooking like an oldtimer. Even your mistakes will taste absolutely splendid. teddysurf
Re: New Grill - Concord, CA Welcome aboard, Derek. I'm just down the road in Dublin, owned FatMan for just over a year and couldn't be happier (unless I had more time off from work to experiment!). Enjoy! db5000
Re: New Grill - Concord, CA Don't see many pics with the side tables. Loving the first couple of cooks on the grill. Tri tip tonight was the best I have had.

Tri tip tonight was the best I have had. I bought mine with the side table/cabinet: wouldn't be without it. A working surface, plus I can keep everything connected to the KK in it, including my Weber chimney - all tidy and handy.
Syzygies
Re: New Grill - Concord, CA Hey neighbor! We're off of Walnut, between Concord Blvd and Clayton Rd. We never use our Rotisserie, if you want to test drive it. I was going to sell it for a pittance on the forum. Our chicken keeps getting better, other ways. (Don't chase the High Temp God. Sources matter.)
db5000
Re: New Grill - Concord, CA Nice. We are close then. We live off of Cowell, between Treat and Ygnacio. I would take you up on the roti offer. I was curious, but held off. Thanks, Derek
Paswesley
Re: New Grill - Concord, CA @db5000: Your setup is so beautiful. I was wondering if you are planning to get Johnnyboy to make you a custom cover to protect your new baby.
db5000
Re: New Grill - Concord, CA Thanks. Natural brown cover should be here in a few weeks. Still need fix up my patio a bit, to keep up with the kk.
