EGGARY Posted May 2, 2013 Report Posted May 2, 2013 I have cooked Hamburgers a few times but seem to under-cook them. I use the Main Grill. Is there a good way to cook burgers ? Temp ? Main or Middle Grill ? Etc. ? Thanks.
Ducaticraig Posted May 3, 2013 Report Posted May 3, 2013 Re: Best Ways to cook Hamburgers I like to cook burgers off the middle grill. Get the meat closer to the burning charcoal. Cooking off the main grill can be done but it will take longer to grill unless you have a raging fire going. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
mguerra Posted May 3, 2013 Report Posted May 3, 2013 Re: Best Ways to cook Hamburgers Cooking burgers on the middle grill is a good idea. For steaks I like to go up to the main grill. It takes longer and uses more fuel, but the steaks stay in smoke longer. If you don't like them too smoky, cook lower.

Gazza Posted May 5, 2013 Report Posted May 5, 2013 Re: Best Ways to cook Hamburgers Hands down the BEST burgers we have ever eaten came from an idea from Heston Blumenthal English the chef who applies science to food. His method can be found on his BBC program here: Without doubt the juciest burgers of all time.
