Trying Red Oak for the first time this morning in the KK: 6.5lb prime grade chuck roast + big chunks of Red Oak I charred before putting in a closed off foil pan in the KK.

I'm hooked on their peach at the moment....use it stand alone for ribs, been mixing with a bit of hickory on pork butts, etc. Love Love Love it.
