fetch?id=68810 We had both cookers going yesterday.

The photo attached is of the 19.5 Stoney, on which I used the rib rack to cook the ribs for 4.5 hours at 220, then sauced and let carmelize for 25 minutes. They turned out perfect. Used apple wood.
