I've cheated and used shucked ones in muffin tins, but it just doesn't come out the same - still good, but not AWESOME, like at their restaurant in Metarie! 1
skreef Posted June 26, 2015 Report Posted June 26, 2015 Get a crocker sack (Burlap) Soak sack in Old Bay and water(bout a hour).wring sack .not too much tho..put Oysters in sack and put on grill..it will steam them
