Good as a drip pan and depending on the cook I also use it as a combination heat deflector/drip pan. Yea I abuse my drip pan - LOL - it can never again be used as a nice looking serving tray - that idea died a few cooks into it. tony b Posted September 24, 2015 Report Share Posted September 24, 2015 Tried to preserve my drip pan by wrapping in AL foil. Gave up that ghost about 3 cooks in. Never looked back.
