I woke up this morning and applied the rub on the butts since I Was planning on putting them on the KK tonight. Trouble is the pot luck isn't until Wednesday. Will the butts be OK in the fridge with the rub for 36hrs? I've never left a rub on that long. Thanks, Joe Quote
