dozer996 Posted September 22, 2016 Report Posted September 22, 2016 Received the new baking stone and it won't fit on the upper grill (23") for pizza cooks. Is this normal? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro Quote
Aussie Ora Posted September 22, 2016 Report Posted September 22, 2016 Mine was the same I just used a hammer to bend the handles back put the head of the hammer through the hole and then just pushed up on the handle towards the handle of the grate. Not hard Outback Kamado Bar and Grill Quote
MacKenzie Posted September 22, 2016 Report Posted September 22, 2016 dozer996, first I have to say that is an awesome looking grill. love those pebbles and the side table is also gorgeous. Yes, it does happen and it is an easy fix. I used a 2x4 but Aussie's idea sounds great also. Quote
Stile88 Posted September 22, 2016 Report Posted September 22, 2016 Yes easy fix like the others said you just need to bend them back and you will be fine Very nice looking kk love the pebbles Quote
dozer996 Posted September 23, 2016 Author Report Posted September 23, 2016 Thanks guys, I'll get to some bending. Cheers Quote
MacKenzie Posted September 23, 2016 Report Posted September 23, 2016 (edited) dozer, I'm sure I'm not alone in this but I'd love to see pixs of your KK setup. You have a gorgeous pebble KKand it would be just fine to see more pixs of it. We pebbles owners know that the pebbles KK cooks better and the food is more tasty, cooks faster, heats up faster, uses less lump etc. etc. etc. and please don't let those tile folk tell you differently.
