Shuley Posted February 3, 2017 Report Posted February 3, 2017 Yeah I went with the flat one grill basket because it seemed more Versatile to me. The tumbler baskets (the ones I looked at) seemed to have a lot of comments about smaller pieces falling through. Mine is adjustable for different thicknesses. I may at some point get a tumbler basket. But the main reason would be to increase the number of wings that I could do, and they'd probably all fall out!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Pequod Posted February 6, 2017 Author Report Posted February 6, 2017 The KK rotisserie basket is essentially that minus the flat basket. What I'm looking for is a tumble basket with slats narrow enough that things don't tumble out. In spite of the rotisserie rod issue, the Fill it and grill it basket looks like the best bet so far.
tony b Posted February 6, 2017 Report Posted February 6, 2017 I made my own for roasting chiles. Haven't used it for anything else yet. Just a piece of wire mesh fabric inside the rotisserie basket. It's a 3/8" mesh, so nothing of size is going to fall through. 3
