Start up the little KK to grill some Halloumi cheese for lunch.
Done, doesn't take too long.
The cheese was to go with a chicken thigh sandwich. The thighs were grilled the other day and I also made a fresh batch of sauerkraut salad.
Just look at the nooks and grannies of this store bought bread.
Thanks, Tony, it is pretty tasty and salty so it leaves you thirty. I guess that's what beer is for. I'm visiting my brew-master friend tomorrow, that should be tasty.
Weekend with the Queen- success with brisket, bread, cheese tomato galette (thanks McKenzee!), squash caserole- all did great! Starting to fall in love...now if I can just get the rotisserie setup...
