  1. Start up the little KK to grill some Halloumi cheese for lunch. Done, doesn't take too long. The cheese was to go with a chicken thigh sandwich. The thighs were grilled the other day and I also made a fresh batch of sauerkraut salad. Just look at the nooks and grannies of this store bought bread.

  2. Thanks, Tony, it is pretty tasty and salty so it leaves you thirty. I guess that's what beer is for. I'm visiting my brew-master friend tomorrow, that should be tasty.

  5. Weekend with the Queen- success with brisket, bread, cheese tomato galette (thanks McKenzee!), squash caserole- all did great! Starting to fall in love...now if I can just get the rotisserie setup...
