Merrill you will have to do a burn in to evaporate the solvents under the tiles. This is a one time thing and my take awhile. Plus side is you can cook something at the same time. I’m pretty sure someone will tell you how to do the burn in. Or it will be in the instructions or you can call Dennis and he can walk you through it. Its no big thing though.  

Wow Charles your ODK has really expanded into chefs dream. That cheese is very interesting, looks yummy. The steak is looking very delicious also. I’m with Mac a taste test would be better. Nice cook as always.

Fleming now that’s a batch of beef! They all looks very tasty I like the grill marks.

 I’ll stick to the “diet” coke for now. Not to change the subject,but I received my meater block today. Can’t believe it got here so early.

I’m glad I don’t drink coffee never have and probably never will, if it tasted as good as it smells maybe. Give me a diet coke or Pepsi any day it’s the nectar of the Gods. And I bet a coke machine would be a lot cheaper lol. In reality I hardly drink either anymore I prefer water as my beverage of choice.

Tony I almost picked up some ribs last week so I’m thinking about it. Next time I’m at the grocery store I’ll get some baby backs. I have no idea how to cook them.
