Well Tony they may not be up to French laundry but I bet they tasted very very good that’s a beautiful cook yum yum yum you know those mashed potatoes might be better than that ol French laundry.

What Tyrus said all those meals look sooo delicious! Tyrus what kind of meat is that? And did you use straight balsamic vinegar? I love balsamic vinegar and would like to try that cook.

Mac I’ll take some of that give away bread! In fact if you sliced it and put a couple slices of the delicious pork tenderloin in it with a little of the prune,olive garlic mix it would be perfect! 😄LOL

The French Laundry? Is that located in California? Oooops I just answered my own question. Anybody been there is it expensive and is the food good? Any comments will be appreciated

Tyrus if you bend his legs in a little and tuck his head, then put him in the rotisserie I think that might work. Might be a little hard to cut and tough to chew. 

Mac that looks just down right delicious!!! It’s really cold up there! It got to 68 here today😀I spent about $42 today On some veggies and meat and made a cabbage stir fry, turned out terrible I’ll probably end up throwing it out. What a waste. Think I’ll just stick to eating out. Hope the weather gets warmer soon so you can plant your garden.

Come on Mac! You make tasty sandwiches also; that I wish I having. But Herbie J’s sandwiches look mighty good too. It’s seems to me that just about everybody on this site is a fantastic chef, except for me, 30 years of eating out every meal has left me a miserable cook LOL. But I have to say I have learned a lot while I’ve been on the forum and watching U-tube. Made some nice friends also.

Glad to hear the fires are out but hope not to much flooding.

My guess is you would have to know if it will fit in your KK. If it will fit, without having to be stuffed in. It should probably cook ok. But there have been several people who have cooked whole pigs they will give you better advice than me. Good luck, looking forward to pictures of this cook.

Aussie I haven’t heard anything about the wildfires over there lately did they finally get them under control or put out?
