how to season new 42" Komodo kamado grill?

Welcome chefmush
If you are referring to the burn in, fill your charcoal basket and slowly build heat up to about 300c and hold the temp for - few hours.

I cant seem to remember but i did mine for around 7.5hours ..........not sure i did it right ........need to give it another try at Christmas :beer:

Apologies English sense of humour 😁 I seem to have a compulsion to do it all again with more beer.
