Hawaiian Pirate Posted March 3, 2008 Report Posted March 3, 2008 Kind of a last minute thing so no time to brine. Had to put the drip pan right on the coals just to clear. Tried the pan on top of the lump basket and the turkey got stuck. It was 12.5 lbs and came out great

[/quote The weed is rosemary from one of our herb gardens, also in there was onion and lemon. On the outside was cajun spice.
