My 3rd of July Ribs...

Brined overnight with salt of course, maple syrup, crushed garlic, chopped onion, chopped red, yellow and green bell peppers and sun-dried crushed Thai chilies brought to a boil.. Cooled then zip lock bagged overnight.

Then rubbed down with French's mustard to hold the rub.. black pepper,white pepper, rosemary, yellow mustard, parsley, green bell pepper, red bell pepper.

Notice the cut marks where my wife stole some meat.. She said it was not her fault as it smelled too good...

6 hours indirect no damn foil :lol: sprayed liberally with apple juice every 45 minutes the last 4 hours..

Those look quite tasty, Dennis! It looks like you snuck a few pieces of tenderloin on there, too?

It's only July 2nd over here, but I will be Q'ing some thighs to make pulled chicken on request from my son. Porkchop, I went to the store yesterday and got a beef shoulder...watch for pics later in the week.

Accessory Option???

See, you gotta be carefull with the pics you post - now I see another accessory there that I am wondering if it's an option?? Nice looking rib rack.
