Rub on Chicken

Here is an easy way to get the rub under the chicken skin. I think I may have gotten this from Cooks Illustrated. Simply add EVOO to the rub to make a paste. It smears under the skin nicely. I then use BBQ Delight Orange pellets for a nice light smoke flavor and a gorgeous orange skin.
