While doing some work for Chick-fil-A at their headquarters, the founder gave me a copy of a couple of his books. One of them, on the topic of raising children, had the following as a forward. After reading the second paragraph, I realized that Dennis shares more than just a last name with his grandfather.

Thank you for the kind words, it's actually amazing how if you treat you customers like family and friends people are amazed. Sad reflection of the times we live in.

But the real truth is simple and is easily summed up in the old adage "Do unto others..."

Simple but always gives you the right direction unless you're a masochist of course..
