Got the Kamado to my deck Tuesday.

Did the curing and then cooked burgers same day, then on Wednesday I smoked a salmon on an alder plank. On Thursday I roasted a Turkey. Yesterday I smoked a pork butt. Today it will be steaks! Everyone happy with the food. I am using this week as practice with the bbq guru; nice to have the wifi and watch it on my phone. Having fun!
