normstar Posted July 10, 2014 Report Posted July 10, 2014 I'm in Austin for work this week and ate at Ironworks BBQ and the brisket was fantastic! I've never made a brisket on my KK, but I am certainly going to have to try soon! Here's a pic of my 1lb:

tony b Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 Blasphemy! There's ALWAYS room for good Q. But that picture doesn't look AWESOME! Serious Q going on there. I saw Bobby Flay do a show from the Salt Lick. He says it's his favorite Q spot in the whole country. High praise indeed.
