jimmac
Well....I apologize for the brain freeze I apparently had. I was actually considering the mexi version. But after spending so much time in the forums, and reading about the products extensively, I'm here for good. I've only discovered these great cookers about 2 weeks ago, and the mexi site was the first I seen. I thought they were the originals. BOY, was I wrong. I'm Jim for Orange, Calif. Thanks for all of the great info. Hopefully, I will be ordering one soon. ( have a wife I need to convince ). Thanks again, Hope to be chatting to all of you. cruzmisl
I don't think you realize how close to disaster you really were. I have owned both and can tell you there is no comparison aside from the fact that they have a similar shape. Welcome aboard.
LeadDog
Welcome jimmac, I'm new here too and I almost ordered up another brand. It scares me how close I came to actually doing it.
DavidS
Welcome aboard. I agree with cruzmis you CANNOT go wrong buying a KK. I also owned both a k and a KK. The KK is by far the best cooker I have owned. A huge plus is dealing with a company that cares and answers your questions.
jimmac
Thanks everyone.....I'm here for good. went so far as to asked what options should I order with the K.... Came real close, but no cigar
DavidS
You really don't need anything extra. The KK comes with things that are extra at the other place. What comes in handy for me is the lower grill and the upper grill. (my upper grill is not nearly as nice as the new ones Dennis has made. I have one left over from my k
